Rosa graduated from Laguna Culinary Arts, Laguna Beach while studying under French Chef Laurent Brazier and Maurice Brazier. She then went on to Italy, where she graduated as the Master of Italian Cuisine at the Italian Culinary Institute for Foreigners, Costigliole d' Asti, Italy. There she had the opportunity to study under Simone Murru and Michelin Star Chef Pier Bussetti. After returning she worked at Drago Centro, Los Angeles with Chef Celestino Drago and Ian Gresik.
Rosa also spends her time as a free-lance floral designer, event planning, home improvement enthusiast and dabbler in molecular gastronomy. Cooking since she was 14 years old, Rosa knew that a life in food was inevitably where she would land. Her love and passion for food shines through her dishes thus Fusion Bites was created!!!
